Mandatory Parent Meeting & Important Updates! Please Read

CXCP Parents and Athletes,
Thank you for your hard work over the last two weeks of try-outs. We hope that you and your family have a safe and enjoyable Memorial Day Weekend. Please make a note of these important updates leading into next week:
Final Team Roster will be posted this Sunday evening on the CXCP website www.claremontcrosscountrypeople.com under “Team Announcements”.
Parents of all athletes that made the team must attend the Mandatory Parents’ Meeting either May 28th or 29th. If unable to attend either of those days, they can attend the makeup meeting June 17th (Incoming Freshman meeting). All meeting times are 6pm in Room 105 at CHS.
Team athletes and parents must sign the “Team Rules and Expectations” by Friday, May 31th (found on CXCP website under “Information”). This can be done digitally via the website.
Have all Athletic Forms completed and turned in by July 5th for the 2019-2020 summer/school year. This includes all forms on CXCP website plus Physical and Athletic Clearance from CHS Athletic website.
